The Evolution of Natural Hair in the Workplace





For so long we believed that we needed to hide who we are. The creativity and complexity of our hair is so misunderstood. Like anyone else we know the limits in which we can go in the workplace to have a nice polished look.


We are not asking to wear hair so long that it wraps around the office or outrageous colors that will take the attention off of that ever so important morning meeting. We just want to have the ability to wear hairstyles that are natural and native to our culture.



The fact that someone could lose their job just because of a hairstyle is so disgusting. Those days should be behind us in 2021. Let's go from a natural hair evolution to a natural hair revolution.
